PRO KICKS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
SPIEL MIT BALL, SA de CV (a Mexican company whose data and identification are indicated in this document, hereinafter SMB), guarantees the PRO KICKS device against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 90 calendar days, counted from the initial purchase date and therefore expires after the period referred to on the initial purchase date indicated.
1. Warranty coverage.
This warranty covers exclusively:
• Manufacturing and material defects under normal use according to the user manual, which forms part of the device subject to this sale.
• Free repair, replacement with a new or refurbished device, or partial refund, at the customer's choice, after verification of the damage or defect that is the subject of the claim.
• Availability of spare parts and technical service during the warranty period.
• In the event of a repair, if the device malfunctions again within the first 30 calendar days after delivery, a new repair will be carried out free of charge.
2. Exclusions. (what is NOT covered)
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• Improper use, negligence, impacts, drops or excessive weight on the device.
• Inadequate care and/or improper applications, as well as poor assembly, coupled with the use of non-original parts and damage during transfer or transport.
• Insertion of decals, stickers or any other element that is not part of the device, whether as an aesthetic or technical element.
• Exposure to liquids, moisture, fire, or chemicals
• Natural wear and tear of parts due to prolonged use (e.g., surfaces, finishes, mechanical components).
• Aesthetic damage (scratches, discoloration, surface stains), as a result of improper use of the device.
• Repairs, modifications or adjustments made by unauthorized personnel.
• Loss, theft, or damage caused during unauthorized transport.
• Accessories and consumables (fasteners, packaging, backpack, external supports).
3. Procedure to make the guarantee effective
The affected consumer must:
1. Initially submit via email to the address indicated in this document, attaching scanned files with the purchase receipt or invoice along with the warranty policy, and an explanation of the claim in question.
2. According to the instructions that the consumer receives via email, deliver the device to an Authorized SMB Service Center or report it via official channels, for evaluation by authorized personnel.
3. The costs of transferring the device to the service center designated by SMB are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Limitations of liability
• In no event shall SMB be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
• This warranty is valid only in Mexico and in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (to execute this warranty outside of Mexico, you must comply with the provisions of the document identified as IMPORTER AND REPRESENTATIVE of the corresponding country, which is part of the delivery package of each device).
• The device should not be used for purposes other than those specified in its user manual.
5. Additional information
The manufacturer ensures the supply of spare parts while the product is in production or distribution.
